Bob (Flash) Cangiamila
President/Owner

Bob loves being a metal roofer. He started as a teenager and quickly earned the nickname “Flash”, because of his speed and accuracy on the roof.

His mentors were old-time metal craftsmen, who could build anything with their hands and didn’t give their secrets away easily. Bob - hungry to learn - gained their trust by keeping his ears open, his mouth shut, and practicing and perfecting the techniques that they were willing to divulge.

He still takes great pride in his craft, and it shows in everything that he builds. He is a humble, no-nonsense guy, who values hard work and the people who put their trust in him.

His customers appreciate those traits, and and they have served him well in his career. His name is highly respected in the Florida building community.

Carol has been with Flash since day one and is the backbone of the administrative end of FCMR's operations. Hers is usually the first and last voice that you will hear on the other end of the phone when you hire us to fabricate and install your new roofing system.
